CODE LEAP is an international software agency with their headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. I was a co-founder of this company and managed the teams in Germany as CEO. Our subsidiary in Vietnam was owned and closely connected to our teams and clients in Germany. The majority of CODE LEAP clients are SMBs in Germany with a need for software transformation. Often those clients had their own software product that became more and more outdated over the last few years. CODE LEAP supported those clients in the transformation of older software to modern cloud architecture and user centered applications.
Developed a cohesive and striking brand identity for CODE LEAP to effectively represent its design-centric values in a competitive market. Implemented the brand across various media, including digital templates, business cards, and merchandising, culminating in the development of a functional pricing calculator on the website.

As one of the founders of CODE LEAP, an international software consultancy, I led the development of a new brand identity that aligned with our ethos of prioritizing design in software development. Our challenge was to distinguish ourselves in the highly competitive tech industry while maintaining a sleek, minimalistic aesthetic.
The color palette was deliberately chosen to make a statement—yellow for energy and caution, off-white for modern simplicity, and black for boldness and clarity. This combination not only set us apart but also communicated our brand's energetic and forward-thinking nature. The use of icons and symbols should be clear but also limited. Visual focus was guided by modern images that showed employees at work for a more intimate and closer connection to potential and existing clients.
Every element of CODE LEAP's visual identity, from iconography to imagery, was designed to echo the themes of modernity and vitality. Developed a comprehensive style guide that ensured consistency across all branding materials, including presentation and document templates, business cards, and even company merchandising such as shirts and bottles.
For all client facing presentations it was key to impress by providing a professional consistency through and through. This meant that all slides were adhering to the brand style guide as well as email templates and other documents.
The brand was brought to life through our company website, which serves as the primary platform for engaging with potential clients. This included the integration of a custom-built pricing calculator, enhancing user interaction by providing immediate cost estimates for our services. All major profiles of managing positions on LinkedIn were transformed into branded profiles as well as all company profiles on google, sortlist and others.
The new brand identity has not only enhanced CODE LEAP's market presence but has also resonated well with both our team and clients, fostering a strong sense of identity and community within the company while also assuring professionality and modern solutions to partners. The branding effort has been pivotal in illustrating CODE LEAPs commitment to quality and design in the tech space, driving business growth and client engagement.
